Catherine Dallaire is Métis with roots in both the Kichesipirini band of Algonquin (Allumette Island) and the Weskarini band of Algonquin (Trois-Rivières).
Catherine is a multidisciplinary visual artist whose work possesses unique form and energy, balancing elements and teachings from traditional Woodland art/Métis and Anishinaabe art & culture with contemporary techniques and subjects.
