We intend to be a model for the development of the arts in the North and a stimulus for a vibrant and creative territory. YAC is the territory's premier venue for performing and visual arts.

Chilkoot Trail Artist Residency

The Chilkoot Trail Artist Residency is a 14 day artist residency, where the artist hikes the historic Chilkoot Trail (53 km), and creates art. The residency is run in partnership with Parks Canada, and the US National Parks Service. The residency is open to established and emerging artists, and is open to Canadian, American, and International artists. Annual Deadline to apply is February 1.
