Are you a visual arts teacher looking to ignite your students’ passion for art in Canada? Submissions are now open for the Art Canada Institute's flagship educational initiative fostering the future of art across the country. The Canadian Art Inspiration Student Challenge invites students from Grades 7-12 to create original artworks inspired by leading figures in historical and contemporary Canadian art. Prizes include $500 for winners and $250 for honorable mentions, and all finalists’ artworks will be showcased in an online exhibition. Visit the ACI website to learn more about The Canadian Art Inspiration Student Challenge and subscribe to a monthly education newsletter for additional art-infused resources, classroom connections, and more.
