The Kamloops Arts Council (KAC) is a registered charitable organization that is devoted to the development and enhancement of the arts in the Kamloops area. Now in our 52nd year (founded 1968), we support all artists and art organizations and promote cooperation among them, government and business. We provide local artists and arts groups – visual artists, musicians, dancers, writers and actors – with opportunities for exposure, networking and professional development.

    Crossing Bridges is an outreach program started by the Kamloops Arts Council in 2013. This interactive multidisciplinary collaboration among the arts community and social service agencies delivers high-quality arts workshops at no cost to children, youth, families and adults in the Kamloops area.
