Painting every day in her studio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean,Patsy lives in her hometown of New Waterford,Cape Breton.
In 2006, she was accepted as an elected member of the Canadian Society of Painters In Watercolour (CSPWC), and she has been profiled in the Canadian "Who's Who" since 2002.
Patsy's diverse artistic skill are evident in a national and provincial award for her 60' acrylic mural design for the Cape Breton Regional Hospital (1995-2010) and her nominations at the national and regional level for her illustration of children's books.
