I began painting as a hobby in 2005 and opened my art business in 2012. After graduating from Business Administration – Computer Information Systems, I spent 15 years in the Information Technology Field employed in Corporate, Private, Non-profit & Government agencies along as a Business Owner. I’m on the Board of Directors and a member of the Cultural Committee at the Two Rivers Art Gallery. I’ve lived throughout BC from Vancouver Island to Northern BC and now reside in Prince George.
I became interested in art after researching the history and culture of my ancestors. First Nation. My Mothers’ heritage came from the Dawada’enuxw & Shuneymuxw First Nations and Father, French Canadian. In 2017, I became a member of the Dzawada’enuxw First Nation.
I created my own style using the basic forms of the Mid Coast Art Style. My primary medium includes acrylic on canvas and drums (which I make myself) and recently experimented with cedar carving.
