Traeger doesn’t lean towards traditional landscapes or subject matter. She loves to bring a hyperrealist style into her work. Inspiration is pulled from urban landscapes, old buildings, weathered signage, anything that is iconic, eclectic or rusty.
Traeger works with primarily in acrylics, and is constantly experimenting with different textured backgrounds on wood cradled panels and canvas.
