Susan Mclennan is a Canadian artist known for her contemporary works that use colourful layers of acrylic skins and resin.
Her creative journey began with textiles, manipulating raw natural fabrics without the framework of a substrate grounding her approach to composition. Her experience and passion for the arts motivated her to seek formal education at ECIAD in Vancouver. She accepted an artist residency at TOSH in Qualicum. B.C., where she worked as a full time artist. Today, Susan maintains a full-time studio practice in Victoria, B.C. and is an avid supporter of the arts community
