Margaret Forsey is an artist who makes hooked rugs and experiments with a number of other mediums. She graduated from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Art in 2006. Margaret has taught children's art workshops and camps at the Ross Creek Centre for the Arts, the Acadia University Art Gallery, the Harriet Irving Botanical Gardens, the Wolfville and Kentville Farmer's Markets, and many other locations. Margaret had studied Waldorf education, and is interested in the Waldorf tradition of teaching handicrafts to children. Margaret has exhibited her hooked rugs across Canada.
