Linda was born in Norway and comes from a long line of professional artists. Her family moved to Canada when she was young. Presently located in the Vancouver, B.C. area, Linda likes working in a variety of mediums, including oils and acrylic. Her subject matter is varied, whatever appeals to her.
Linda has had several exhibitions of her work, including the New Westminster Public Library, the Plaskett Gallery, the Pacific National Exhibition and the Fraser Heights Village Gallery. The Burr Theatre has her original portrait of Raymond Burr in their collection and on view. She has prints on display at the Canadian Police College in Ottawa and the British War Museum. Copies of some of her commissioned drawings are in a published book of History of the New Westminster Police Service. The Aldergrove Telephone Museum commissioned her to draw a sketch of their museum which they have on display.
