Chris Malmkvist pulls inspiration from a variety of subjects for his paintings and sculptures: from local wildlife, orchards, vineyards, and our beautiful lakes, to everyday objects, to vintage autos and motorcycles.

Chris was born in Helsingborg, Sweden and immigrated to Canada with his parents in 1957. He has lived in the Carr’s Landing, Lake Country area of the Okanagan since 1974.
