An accomplished painter, sculptor, illustrator and designer, she is always finding challenge and joy in experimentation with different media.
She received her Fine Arts degree in 1992. She taught art over 20 years, both in the community and at the University of Arts. Particularly attracted to expressive art and interested in the sense of motion and emotion in a piece of art, her work has been influenced by the studies of many masters, such as Rodin, Kathe Kollwitz, Ilya Repin, Valentine Serov, Joaquin Sorolla, The Impressionists, the Expressionists and Abstract Expressionists.
