I am a High School Drama and Musical Thetre Teacher at Beaumont Composite High School in Beaumont Alberta. I have taught for 15 years and I have been teaching drama exclusively since 2006. I recently returned from Edinburgh Scotland where 14 of my students performed and participated in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. I also sit as President and was the founder of Beaumont Society for the Arts in my home town of Beaumont. Right now we are trying to get a policy for Ats and Culture that we wrote passed by our Mayor and Town council then our goal is to begin the process to build an Arts Center ,all the while supporting and advocating for Arts in our community.
