Vicki Martin teaches private piano lessons to students aged 5 to 95 in styles including classical, pop, contemporary worship music, and jazz. Whether you want to write conservatory exams or just play for pleasure, her goal is that students will continue to play for the rest of their lives even after lessons end. By training, she is a classical pianist, and by experience, she plays by ear using chords. Most students will get the benefit of both by including a lot of ear training and learning to improvise using chords in addition to learning to read music. Some may choose to focus on one area over the other. Theory, including preparation for Rudiments exams, is included within the lessons.

Vicki holds a Bachelor of Church Music from Ambrose University College and an ARCT in Piano Performance with the Royal Conservatory of Music. She has over fifteen years of teaching experience. Online and hybrid lessons are available for the 2020-2021 school year.
