I have been interested in the arts all of my life in some degree. Crocheting from a young age, art in school, hairdressing as a profession and returning to school for an art program in Craft and Design with Textiles at Sheridan College. It was a wonderful experience to be able to learn so many new techniques and applications.

While inspirations and ideas come from all kinds of places, the challenge for me is to turn those ideas into art. It may be through crochet, knitting, felting, printing, embroidery or collage that inspirations keeps coming to me.Sometimes it is hard to know when to stop.
