With over 3 decades in the dance arts, a doctoral student in Integrative Medicine, I combine the movement arts with building energy and vitality for BioEnergetic Wellness. My experience as a dance educator includes from walking age to grandparenthood, with many genres of dance to explore. Much of my work can be experienced on my website resources as well as my Youtube channel. I can be reached for special one on one sessions on zoom, webinars, workshops, retreats and regular classes.
