• Residency
  
  The Co-Artistic Directors and annual Creative Team of ADT are available to run dance and theatre day or week long workshops that dive into the ADT Creative Process. Residencies cover improvising movement, working collaboratively with classmates, creating choreography, and telling stories through movement. While each residency will touch on dance technique the ADT experience is about following impulses, storytelling and performance.

• Field Trips
  
  Every November/December ADT hosts morning and afternoon showings of their professional theatre and dance production for school groups at a reduced ticket rate. The show is best for elementary and pre school aged children, is approximately 1 hour long, and includes an after the show activity to continue learning about the themes of the show in the classroom. Buses may be available.

• In-School Performances
  
  ADT is able to tour their annual production, based off of children's literature, to schools. The performance will include original music and costumes, an approximately 1 hour theatre and dance performance, and an optional talk back with the youth artists or interactive workshop for the student body following the performance facilitated by the ADT professional artists. Bookings are available November, December, January and February.

• In-School Workshops
  
  The ADT Youth Company, supported by the professional artists involved with ADT annually, are available to run workshops focused on a piece of repertoire that is currently involved in the ADT annual production or to collaboratively create an original dance theatre piece with the student body. Bookings are available year round.

• Performances
  
  Annually we sell and donate tickets to Calgary audiences for our family friendly theatre and dance production. Each show is inspired by a piece of children's literature and created collaboratively by the professional artists and the youth company. School groups are also invited to attend matinee performances. The ADT Youth Company performs at pop-up venues around Calgary throughout the year.

• Group Classes
  
  ADT rehearsals run for 12 weeks, September to November, on Sundays. The students spend their time with professional artists learning how to create choreography, participate in writing in the script, learn dance and acting performance skills, and see what preparing for a professional theatre production looks like. The group also participates in a sleep away weekend intensive full of rehearsals and company bonding activities.

• Outreach Programs
  
  The ADT Youth Company and Creative Team visit schools, community groups, and local festivals to host performances and dance classes. They show snippets from their annual show or give participants an interactive preview of the ADT creative process. Annual Scholarships are available for dancers in grades 1-12 wishing to participate in the ADT program.
