Pamela has 25+ years of experience in mask work, theatre, dance and puppetry. Founded the organization Masque in 1997 to explore personal and community development with schools, families, and groups through creative workshops in mask making and 3-D mural installations and multimedia.

Through school and community projects, she integrates the arts with self and community development, using principles of education, culture, and spirituality, with the intention of helping to shape a community that shapes itself.
This work makes space for new possibilities and approaches to life, as well as social justice, peace, and personal joy. It can create an opening, a sense of being seen and heard, of relief.
