• Out-of-School Time
  
  Rhythm & Art offers afterschool art and dance programs for students each Fall, Winter, and Spring term. We currently offer classes in various schools across the Lower Mainland in British Columbia, and we are willing to travel to other Canadian provinces. All of our classes are taught by professional art and dance instructors who have extensive teaching and coaching experience.

• Professional Development
  
  Rhythm & Art offers art and dace professional development programs throughout the year. Our professional development workshops guide participants of all ages through interactive and creative exercises to help them gain confidence, enjoy better relationships, feel less stress and anxiety, and develop practical skills to deal with life’s everyday challenges. Our art and dance workshops explore topics such as mental health, health & wellbeing, etc. Our goal is to offer fun and creative activities to help each participant relieve stress or anxiety, prevent mental health problems, support recovery and resilience; enabling everyone to flourish and thrive. Our art workshops include drawing, illustrations, acrylic painting, watercolour painting, photography, and mixed media art. Our dance workshops include Hip Hop or Breaking. Meditation workshops can also be requested.

• In-School Performances
  
  Rhythm & Art offers Hip Hop and Breaking school-wide performance on the last day of each school dance program with a minimum of 5-day dance instructions. The school performance is 45-60 mins long depending on the number of division at the school. Individual or group professional performances are also available. Our crowd-pleasing performances are extremely high energy with lots of dynamic dance movements. The length of the performance depends on the number of dancers, travel time, and whether you want to include a mini workshop as part of the performance program.

We also offer weekly classes for artists who are looking to gain new skills. Our art workshops include drawing, illustrations, acrylic painting, watercolour painting, photography, and mixed media art. Our dance workshops include Hip Hop or Breaking.

• Performances
  
  Rhythm & Art offers Hip Hop and Breaking individual or group performances. Our crowd-pleasing performances are extremely high energy with lots of dynamic dance movements. The length of the performance depends on the number of dancers, travel time, and whether you want to include a mini workshop as part of the performance program.

  Rhythm & Art offers in-person or virtual art and dance group classes for all ages. Our classes are designed to keep everyone engaged with fun and stimulating art projects and dance movements. We also offer weekly classes for artists who are looking to gain new skills. Our art workshops include drawing, illustrations, acrylic painting, watercolour painting, photography, and mixed media art. Our dance workshops include Hip Hop or Breaking.

• Camps
  
  Rhythm & Art offers art and dace camps during the Spring and Summer holiday annually. We also offer Pro-D Day Camps throughout the year. Our camps are designed to keep children engaged with fun and stimulating art and dance projects. Our art workshops include drawing, illustrations, acrylic painting, watercolour painting, photography, and mixed media art. Our dance workshops include Hip Hop or Breaking.
