A dynamic manager and facilitator with an unusual combination of initiative and practicality, Debra has 35 years of experience in the non-profit sector, including arts administration, strategic planning, orchestral artistic operations, festival production, writing, and PR.
Debra manages people effectively, with humour and sensitivity. She has big picture awareness combined with a high degree of organization, and enormous energy.
Currently she is Executive Director of Concerts in Care, taking professional live music into long-term care and memory care, assisted and independent living facilities across Ontario.
