Brigitte Rivers (pen name Brigitte Marsden) is an author, artist and educator. Author of children’s novel ‘Kit and the Calico Cat’ (published by Chapel Street Editions, July 2017), Brigitte also created the cover illustration (and 11 year old Haylee Boone
provided the text illustrations in collaboration with Brigitte).
Trained in art and design, Brigitte continues to make art, and was honored to be part of the Woodstock First Nation Beading Group for three years.
