Aimée’s artistic practice engages archives, research and printed matter to place historical content within her contemporary visual art practice. She has received several awards and grants, notably the Joseph Beuys Scholarship for Artistic Merit and several Canada Council Production Grants. Her performances and bookworks have been featured at the AGO presentation space, Vancouver Art Book Fair and are held in public and private permanent collections. She is non-regular faculty at Emily Carr University of Art + Design, and is represented by the Vancouver Art Gallery Art Rental & Sales Program.
