My artistic journey started in Ontario, Canada where I completed a specialized Art Certificate with honours in 1996. My post-secondary studies took me to Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario where I completed a year in the BFA program and graduated from with a BAH in Art History in 2000. After moving west to Vancouver, Canada I graduated from the Emily Carr University of Art + Design and completed a Design Essentials Management Certificate from British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2005. Over the years, I've participated in many abstract expressionist workshops and now enjoy painting full time in my studio at ARTlington Studios in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Working with many different arts organizations, galleries, and in the field of design has satisfied my need to live in creative environments. Organizations include Arts Umbrella, Music in the Morning Vancouver, BC, and the Agnes Etherington Art Centre and Union Gallery in Kingston, Ontario.
