Tessa Stanley grew up on a farm in Northern Alberta and divides her time between Edmonton, Alberta and Fernie, BC. Having worked in the health / rehabilitation field for several years after completing University, she took time away to raise her children and pursue a Fine Arts Diploma. Currently, she enjoys painting daily and working part-time in art education.
Tessa enjoys working with a variety of mediums, including oils, acrylic and watercolours to create landscape, portraits and still life paintings. She also dabbles in pottery now and then. Tessa is an active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists and the Visual Arts Alberta Association.
