The Guelph School of Music

The Guelph School of Music is dedicated to providing excellence in music education and accommodating individual student needs. The professional faculty are qualified and experienced teacher-musicians who teach all levels and ages. Private lessons are available in conservatory piano, voice and violin and theory. We also offer the world famous Suzuki Piano Method.

Private lessons include repertoire study from various style periods, technique, music skills such as reading and ear training. Music Skills and Music Theory classes are also available.

Performance Classes are held 3 times a year, once per term. These informal classes give students experience performing in a small group classroom setting. Students showcase their musical talents in Recitals held in January and June at the Guelph Youth Music Centre Recital Hall. .
