Carrie Brooks-Joiner is the owner and principal of the consulting firm Carrie Brooks-Joiner & Associatess, pecializing in supporting the leadership and management of non-profit organizations and works extensively with municipalities and funding bodies. Carrie has been active in the cultural community for three decades and brings expertise in strategic and municipal cultural planning, governance, policy development, research, community development, engagement and facilitation. Carrie teaches cultural management at the university level and is a frequent conference speaker and workshop leader.
