ArtStarts Creative Spark Vancouver

ArtStarts in Schools is a charitable organization that expands the role of art in education to activate learning and nurture creativity in British Columbia's young people.

Small projects can make a big impact. Emerging artists across all artistic and cultural disciplines living in the City of Vancouver who have an interest in building their careers and working with young people in an arts or culture-based capacity are invited to apply for Creative Spark Vancouver.

MASC Online Programming

MASC is embarking on a new journey and is pleased to present its new Online Program offered to schools, senior’s venues and communities. Now, more than ever we need access to cultural and artistic experiences to enrich our lives in meaningful ways and incite creativity, while preserving both, health and social distancing. Our new reality demands the adaption and integration of new technologies in the cultural and educational sector, and MASC is excited to contribute to the development of this new field.  

Windsor Endowment for the Arts - Elizabeth Havelock Grant

About

One grant is presented to foster and support the artistic excellence of the mid-career artist (7-15 years of art practice) in any artistic discipline.

In 2012, the Havelock family created this grant to celebrate the life and work of the late Windsor arts advocate and WEA supporter Elizabeth Havelock.

Grant Funding

The Elizabeth Havelock Grant in the Arts is awarded to support the professional and creative development of the mid-career artist (7-15 years of art practice) in any discipline. This grant may be used to:

Ontario Trillium Foundation Grow Grants

Grow grants support the delivery of evidence-based community projects 

Amount: From $50,000 to $250,000 per year
Term: 2 to 3 years

OTF funds local community projects that are evidence-based and drive at achieving greater impact in their community. The Grow Investment Stream focuses on three types of projects, which enable us to see positive change in our communities:

Ontario Trillium Foundation Seed Grants

Seed grants support projects that are designed to help you learn

Amount: From $10,000 to $100,000

Term: 6 or 12 months

Seed grants are all about trying something new or untested, where the outcomes are unknown. 

All projects need to be focused on seeding new ideas or approaches that will drive at achieving greater impact in their community. The Seed Investment Stream focuses on four types of projects, which enable us to see positive change in our communities.
