Open Studio En Plein Air

Our traditional Open Studio Sessions have moved outdoors for the summer months!

Open Studio En Plein Air Sessions are perfect for setting aside some dedicated time every week to get out of the house, work on projects and enjoy the beautiful weather outdoors with fellow artists. Chat, share tips and tricks of the trade and leave feeling encouraged.

Sessions are capped at a maximum of 8 participants to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.

There is no formal instruction provided during these sessions!

Art in the Park (Summer Edition)

Join us for visual arts workshops (activities changing each week), healthy food, and community connection, in Trinity Bellwoods park starting THIS Thursday from 6:30-8:30PM.

PAMA Paint Night: Daisies in the Dark

Join PAMA and Sony Johny for an acrylic on canvas workshop! You will be guided in creating your own daisy painting while gaining inspiration from Sara Angelucci's Botanica Colossi, now on display outside of PAMA.

Sony is a local artist that finds solace in paints, colours and textures. She loves exploring different styles of art and art forms. For Sony, art is an extremely meditative experience.

“Who's in an orchestra? What do they do? Which instrument would I pick?”

An informative, virtual & interactive kid's summer camp; taught using Zoom!

The orchestra’s families of instruments and its most time-tested masterpieces are introduced to young ears and minds in these highly interactive virtual camps. Each day children, ages 6 - 9,  will be introduced to a new musical instrument and will hear how it is used by professional musicians, furthering their understanding of music elements such as melody and rhythm through fun activities.

Artists in the Library grants program provides grants of $10,000 to professional artists, arts organizations and collectives working in any discipline to undertake community- engaged artist residencies in selected branches of the Toronto Public Library.

hello everyone, let's start the fall foraging season off on the right foot by learning how to make our own woven baskets. we have resources for plaiting, randing, twining, coiling, and much more!

this event is completely free and open to everyone regardless of skill level or artistic experience. supplies are provided on a first come first serve basis, but if there is something specific you want, please bring it.

the event will be outside in parc georges saint pierre in NDG, respecting social distancing measures, masks, and all covid protocols.

Summer StudioWorks Intensive

Winnipeg Studio Theatre's Summer StudioWorks is a musical theatre program offering training in "triple threat" technique: acting, singing and dance to students ages 10 and up. Since its inception in 2004, Director Brenda Gorlick has amassed the finest roster of Manitoban musical theatre specialists. Program offerings include: vocal masterclasses, dance technique, mock auditions, original and show choreography, singing and songwriting, scene work, playwrighting, improvisation, voiceover technique, cabaret work, music interpretation, and more.
