The next Kingston Networking Hub event will take place on Monday, March 2, 2015 from 5:30 -8:30pm in Room A234 at the Queen’s University Faculty of Education, Duncan McArthur Hall, 511 Union St, Kingston, K7M 2H3.
Contact info@eduarts.ca if you have any questions about registration or the event.
The Networking Hub events will gather together CNAL/RCAA members, as well as many others from the community at large, including educators, teacher candidates, artists, arts/arts education organizations, and will provide a much-needed service for the sector. The Hubs aim to be responsive to local community input, deliver content that is relevant, vital and inspiring. We are thrilled that CNAL/RCAA member and Artistic Director of the Young People’s Theatre, Allen MacInnis will speak.
Networking Hub attendees may also choose to benefit from participating in CNAL/RCAA’s new research study, generously supported by the Ontario Trillium Foundation. This study will focus on the development of a handbook, based on best practices, to evaluate arts-in-learning in multiple settings. Participants will help inform this work, and will also receive a complimentary copy of the finished handbook. Those that choose to participate in a focus group for our research study will need to return a completed consent for to us. This can be accessed here: CNAL/RCAA Focus Group Consent Form
Refreshments will be provided.
